This resort and location should not be your first choice. It remains very frustrating that companies in the hospitality industry focus on efficiency and not the guest experience.

great value property, buffet breakfast, no real problem getting sunbeds for 5 of us. Staff really friendly and helpful.

A short but comfortable stay. Staff were very professional and friendly can't be faulted. Some of the layout of the hotel is a little odd. (You have to use the lift to basement level to go via the spa to the pool area and the bar) Would stay again

Pool area floor disgusting and never saw anyone clean it. Sweets stuck to the floor in the same place all week. Hairs everywhere. Feet filthy. Room size great for family. Evening meal food nice but breakfast chea and poor. Room was very expensive a night and our view was the dustbins. Every night for 1.5 hours between 12 am dustbin truck and dustbin truck came to loudly remove the waste. Asked to move rooms but hotel full yet staff said they knew about it. Entertainment on an eve the worst we have seen. Very poor.

What a great little place. 2 bedroom spacious appartment with a good sized balcony. A well equiped kitchen with washing machine which was a bonus because mine had broke the day before my holiday. Staff really helpful and nice. Nice pool with plenty of beds and not too busy. A very safe and secure building. Nice restaurants a short walk away. 20 mins walk to beach. Would definitely return. I have no complaints at all.
