The rooms we stayed in were immaculately clean and well stocked with Coffee, Tea, Water and toiletries etc. the breakfast was in part good although, both the has browns and bacon were past eating, both being very dried out and hard, there wasn't a choice of milk and the tinned pears and peaches not a healthy addition to the yoghurt, also we ordered a poached egg and after 25 minutes gave up waiting for it, the rest of the breakfast was adequate, staff in the breakfast room were friendly and warm. We ate a meal in the dining room on one evening and chose the belly pork, this was very nice but we expected more than one very small potato, 2 small slices of carrot and a small piece of broccoli, sadly lacking in veg, the jus to accompany it was lovely, we also had the rhubarb pannecotta and the coconut rice pudding, both were very nice. we didnt find the staff to be friendly in the dining room as neither smiled once, or made any effort to make us feel welcome. The other staff including the domestic side,reception etc were all friendly and welcoming. overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice, quiet room with all we needs

The hotel was perhaps not the best choice for 80 year olds with some issues as the entrance to it is rather steep ! However, since we were meeting relatives of varying ages there, and the taxi service in Jersey is excellent, this problem didn’t detract from our enjoyment.. Our room was excellent , ver clean, and the bed very comfortable ! Personally I’m not a lover of a large breakfast and thought the price for what I wanted to eat was a little expensive but my husband certainly made the most of it !

Beautiful property, well furnished rooms with friendly & helpful staff. While I would fully recommend the property, it was disappointing to turn up and find no availability at the spa despite staying three nights/four days. Also, the hotel added on a service charge of £10/day on checkout despite having already paid a 12.5% service charge in the restaurants & bars (which made up 100% of our bill given we had pre-paid). The option is there to take the service charge off but in my view, it is not a comfortable checkout experience.

The best for the cost very happy will definitely book again staff went beyond to help out . Had a 2 bedroom apartment it was wonderful large rooms so happy .
