Loved this hotel. Our suite was enormous and everything was in tip-top condition. Master bedroom with ensuite, living room with addition WC. 2 giant TVs, a chromecast on the bedroom TV which was great as we quickly got bored of the handful of English language stations and we were able to access some of our favourite streamers. Staff were all really kind and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. Location is perfect for exploring Krakow.

The hotel is in a pretty great location. Just off the main square of old town. Plenty of shops and bars within a few minutes walk.
Breakfast was included with our booking, if I had paid for it, I would have been very disappointed. It was very basic.
The room was a fairly good size and was clean. The bed was comfortable, though I wasn’t a fan of the pillows (that’s just personal preference though)
The rooms do look a little dated and could have more accessible plugs.
