The dehumidifier in the bathroom did not have a switch to turn on and off… imagine this blowing while you’re attempting to sleep. I visited the front desk multiple times to request that someone come in and shut it off to no avail. Outside of that the room was nice

This hotel did not feel like a typical Westin experience. The pool was small and very basic, lacking the upscale atmosphere you would expect. The breakfast buffet was also underwhelming, it felt more like a standard Holiday Inn offering rather than something premium. Another major downside was the absence of a spa. For a brand like Westin, I expected at least the option to get a massage or enjoy wellness amenities. The only highlight of our stay was the service. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout, which I truly appreciated. Overall, while the service was great, the facilities and amenities fell short of expectations for this brand.
