Parking was hard to find as well as the lobby ! The building is undergoing renovations and the lobby is on the first floor - little awkward signage …but clean and comfortable

Everything was great except for the food. The room, amenities, spa, grounds are all amazing. Exceeded our expectations. Food wasn’t great. Over cooked every meal. And it seemed like they water down the drinks. But other than that great!

The hotel is great. We had a spacious room with a river view. We received a very warm welcome and the bars and restaurants are all stylish with good food and a great atmosphere.
I want to give it five stars but the main reason I haven't is because we couldn't sleep because the room was so hot.
We booked the hotel specifically because it had air conditioning but the air conditioning in the room did not work. It was running, but inadequate. The river sides of the hotel are glass so I felt like a green banana in a greenhouse. Two nights with no sleep is tough.
Such a shame because otherwise, the hotel is fabulous.
