Unique is that there are flahing lights in all rooms presumably for a fire system. I did mention this at the desk clerk becasue it kept me uo a night, but was told by a gentleman that this type of a system is normal and seen everywherer. Well, I'm a tour operator and I have never seen another hotel with any flashing light which goes on all night long while a guest is trying to sleep.
The hotel otherwise is simple, comfortable, and clean.
The hotel sits right on a busy highway but is accessible to mall and nearby shopping.

"The property is convenient. its outdated rugs are not shampooed regularly. its a dark hotel in a corner. You don’t see staff unless its in the front of the lobby and when they clean the rooms. Its too much going on the outside"
