Great hotel tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Jimbocho and several train or metro stations are a short walk away. Very clean and comfy rooms. Staff is really nice! Would definitely stay again :)

I believe the description for the hotel foods it justice it’s way better. The hotel and rooms are great and the area around the hotel is safe and easy to navigate. The hotel is s short walk to super markets and convenience stores and a major shopping and dinning area. And close to subway station. Very good accomodation to stay with kids.

The hotel says it’s a luxury 5* hotel. It’s not. It’s old and dated and it smells musty. We arrived and they put us in a prince suite. It was awful. I went to front desk and told them it did not look like the photos. They changed our room to a panoramic suite which was very nice of them. The room was more updated but the bathrooms weren’t. This hotel is not a 5* and the location is not great. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a local restaurant that had excellent food at a reasonable price. They have a beautiful garden accessible from the second floor. I would highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

Great property, the garden is gorgeous, one can spend a hours there interacting with nature. They done a great job preserving Japanese culture. Amazing bath amenities. The staff is a bit rigid and could be more welcoming. Location is not ideal but honestly you don’t need to leave the property unless for sightseeing. I would suggest this hotel for a last day or two to relax before flying back home. We tried the spa and it was pretty good.
