Expedia showed a deluxe room with viewwhich was otherwise however hotel management was very cooperative to accommodate us in a room with same rates although we never booked directly so its complain to expedia not hotel they are cooperative & nice

The hotel is wonderful overall; however, some rooms—specifically the one I stayed in, room 402—have a very low ceiling next to the bed. This poses a safety concern, as there is a high risk of hitting one’s head when getting up. Additionally, the shower is particularly cramped and uncomfortable.
