The property is amazing! Location is perfect and the team is wonderful, from Loreen at reception, Hesham with our luggage, the housekeeping team, Inas at Zeeta and everyone that made this special!
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a quick escape within the city limits! It was spectacular and the team paid attention to every detail! Would definitely come back again!

The value is there for the price. I came during the war times so thr restaurants were not all open which makes sense due to lower occupancy. It is a little further from the downtown/marina areas but a great place to kick back especially if you had kids. It seems to be a very popular destination for locals on the weekends tons of kids. I personally would have preferred an adults only concept and a la carte dining but overall theyre doing good with what that they have. The spa services are great. The beach is massive. There are a few pools to enjoy with swim up bars. There was no pool service (waitresses around the pool) bringing drinks. There was entertainment daily.
