Excellent, warm, helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent location close to train station and old town. Their manager, Jacqueline, was very helpful, making sure that we had a pleasant stay

Half mile walk from Interlaken OST. Breakfast buffet mediocre at best. Bar tender was annoying and didn’t understand English and mixing drinks. Front desk was always helpful. No air conditioning and it was hot for a 3 night stay.

The views are amazing. Definitely will be back again

The main hotel building is beautiful and well maintained, creating a great first impression. However, the separate apartment buildings where our room was located felt much smaller and did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star property. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent—the highlight of the experience.

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.

Beautiful property. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Would recommend. Also, air conditioning was extremely appreciated during a heatwave.

The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast was very good. It is a grand old hotel. However, the rooms are small and not well furnished for comfort. They are hard to live in. In our room there was only the bed and one small hard backed chair. There’s no place to set a suitcase other than to temporarily open it on the floor, and the only option when there are two people is for one to sit on the bed. We did have a lovely balcony with a table and two chairs, but the width of the opening to the balcony did not permit bringing one of the chairs in. When we were there, the weather was not conducive to sitting outside. The furnishings and the room felt very dated. For the price paid it was a disappointing stay.

The staff are excellent helpful and friendly . The room was a little small. Everything worked okay . Lost one star for the room size that is all .

Location is convenient and staff are friendly / helpful. The negatives are lack of air conditioning during the summer. Tough during the heatwave. Also, we had to wait 2.5 hours for check in when we arrived as they weren’t able to finish cleaning until almost 7 pm.

The views are amazing. Definitely will be back again
