The hotel is poorly designed, it’s hard to get around. We had to cross pools to get to the lobby or else walk around multiple buildings. It’s very big but only has one restaurant on site with limited choices. There is no water refilling stations, you must purchase water. The pools are small and very busy, not much staff onsite to help.

We got a park-facing room. It was beautiful - so clean and so spacious. The staff was excellent - from those working at the front desk to those working at the pools to housekeeping. The Capa restaurant was amazing - definitely worth it. And they had excellent, reliable transportation to and from the Disney parks. Definitely one of the best properties I’ve stayed at.

All staff were polite & professional. The only retracting point were the dining room chairs, the leather was peeling & we couldn't sit down. The apartment was dated compared to the demo shown during a vacation club presentation.
