Property was very clean and staff was very helpful. Location in Hell’s Kitchen was convenient to everything in Times Square. Free breakfast had numerous hot and cold options. Pay attention to the RIU location that you book because there are two properties in the area.

Very professional and friendly staff. Lovely room and most comfortable bed. Quiet or low noise levels even off the street side. Food was very good. Bar comfortable. Boutique hotel feel. Health forward with yoga mat and roller in room, fitness center. And activities board in lobby. Like a garden in the city.

One of the most beautiful hotels! The staff was incredibly accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and the amenities and spa were amazing. Highly recommend you find a reason to go!

Great hotel and a brand we love, however, it’s not a patch on the Pendry San Diego or Washington.
Location is good and staff were friendly, but the food and lobby amenities were disappointing.
There are better and lower cost 5 and 4 star hotels in NYC.
