The room was very clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The overall experience was great. The area around the property is great. Plenty of shops and places to get food within a 5-10 minute walk. The WiFi in the building was a little hit and miss depending on how people are on it. Overall I highly recommend staying here.

Everything was spot on no complaints at all friendly staff and pools and casino floor was clean.

Quite outdated property in need of updates. There are no USB chargers in the room, though one charging pad has been provided. Our room looked out at eye level to a rooftop and on that rooftop was an odd collection of plants, plant containers, and various items yet clearly not an actual herb garden for the kitchen. There is no room service which we overlooked when booking but one can order online and pick up items on the lobby level. The staff were all very friendly and helpful however which greatly made up for the worn furnishings in the rooms.

Extremely charming and elegant. So personal unlike the Cavalleri Hilton next door which is a zoo! Loved the breakfast each morning on our private patio. The food was wonderful, but the view was incredible!!! Dario, Merriam and Giovanni were like family after a few days. This is not the most convenient location to see the tourist sites, but the view, the friendliness and privacy makes this an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend.

My favorite hotel in South Beach. The design of this hotel never gets old, the restaurants are great! The staff amazing. I will come back every time I get a chance.

The hotel had basic amenities, just good for a short stay. The receptionist was prompt with communication about airport shuttle.

Loved the property and the gardens. Great breakfast options and you could sit on the terrace if it was nice. Lovely part of Rome to stay in with great transport options.

Room was clean and great location beside the beach. Room had kitchette and big fridge, microwave etc. so was great. It was dated and internet didn't work in our room but worked well in the lobby. Great value for money :) happy with it.
