West Island Cheap Holidays

Unfortunately, my stay wasn’t very pleasant. The room wasn’t very clean, and there were several stains in different areas. It also had a strong chlorine smell that made it uncomfortable. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and expected better.

Great spot right by old Montreal and downtown, check in was seamless and the room was beautiful

This place was amazing! Good sized rooms, modern and clean decor, comfy beds, great views if you can get a room on the upper floors, nice pool and fitness centre and perfectly located in a nice part of downtown off of st Catherine’s street. Everything was really perfect and the host front desk went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and well set up.

The rooms were really nice and comfortable, but there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The biggest issue was that some of the staff seemed to expect or ask for tips quite frequently, which became annoying and made the service feel uncomfortable. The pool service was also disappointing. There was only one member of staff taking both drink and food orders. They would disappear to collect food orders, leaving guests waiting for long periods before anyone was available to take or deliver drinks. The décor in the hotel could also be updated, as it feels a little dated in places. Overall, while the rooms were excellent, improvements to the service and the hotel's appearance would make for a much better experience.

Perfect location as we came in for a little shopping and the Jazz festival, everything was very walkable and the restaurant on site made our stay very enjoyable. Staff was wonderful.

My husband and I stayed at Le Mount Stephen for 3 nights. The staff were all warm, inviting and very helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book with them for our future trips to Montreal.

Everything from the front desk staff to the large clean, fully equipped apartments was amazing! We would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. Convenient location. Breakfast of croissants, juice, coffee/tea provided but we opted for a yummy breakfast at Dandy across the street which we highly recommend.
