Super clean , modern. Excellent location at central bus station

Hotel nicely located in the hills. Room well-proportioned and comfortable. Restaurant food was good and service was first class. Only stayed one night but would serve as a useful base for those wishing to explore the Basque countryside.

The staff were wonderful and one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit after we checked out. Service at both check-in and dinner was excellent. This is a small boutique hotel surrounded by quiet forests and farmland, making it a peaceful place to relax. The architecture and decor are beautiful and thoughtfully done, giving the hotel a unique character. We were happy to support such kind people who clearly take pride in what they do. They have created a special place and are doing a fantastic job.

Right across from the Guggenheim Museum, near the old city, and staff make a genuine effort to do things well and extend beyond the norms of service.

This is the most amazing hotel. The staff are delightful, the welcome drink we chose was a very nice white wine from the local area. The hotel has a metro card ready for you to take to travel into the city. The pool was cool but the views amazing. The room was out of this world. His and hers showers. A sofa. A huge bed. The food in the bar was great and the breakfast was very well stocked. We would have got rid of the canned background music, covers of pop songs was less than exciting for such a wonderful hotel.

Clean room & great location easy bus ride down to the beach & old San Sebastián! Breakfast was excellent & our room was super good if you wanted to cook !

Great location between the cathedral and the market in the old town with all the amazing cafes, shops and historical sites to offer…. and just a 30 minute walk to the Guggenheim through the new town. Super little hotel with friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast offering a range of freshly made hot and cold dishes. Room was a big snug with limited hanging space but clean, cool and everything worked.
