Nice hotel location, clean room.

Fue un viaje de amigas tipo relax !, Amamos la atención del staff, en todo momento. Todos muy profesionales y muy amables, el Spa nos encantó también , desde la recepcionista hasta la masajista Victoria quien nos dió un masaje increíble. Las instalaciones limpias y cómodas, los desayunos deliciosos , Los de cocina y restaurante definitivamente muy agradables. Buena ubicación Volveré. Michelle :)

Very clean apartment, very nice location by the beach.

Location is excellent with easy access to bus and restaurants. Room is large and bright and comfortable. Breakfast was lacklustre. Menu is unchenged for our 4 days stay, ost disappointing is the dry quiche with undercooked potato masquerading as Spanish potato omlette, a popular breakfast item throughout Spain, Assortment of menu items is not generrous. For some reason, the faucets in the tub and wash basin are both loose.

Good Location and convenient for transport links via bus and metro. Could've done with the option of changing towels but besides that worth booking and the rooftop terrace is nice and relaxing.

Though situated on a quiet street, Caro Hotel is centrally located to the historic center of Valencia as well as Turia Gardens. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again next time we’re in Valencia.

The rooms were comfortable, and the beds and pillows made for a very restful stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the breakfast buffet, which was outstanding. It offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options and was presented beautifully each morning. The only area that fell short of our expectations was the food service for lunch and dinner. Unfortunately, the quality of the meals did not match the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel. We dined in the restaurant once and ultimately sent our meals back, and on another occasion we ordered room service but found the food unappealing and chose not to eat it. The dishes appeared and tasted more like pre-made or mass-produced meals rather than freshly prepared offerings. Given the overall quality of the property and service, we were surprised by this inconsistency and hope the hotel will consider reviewing its lunch and dinner menu and food preparation standards. With improvements in this area, the guest experience would be exceptional from start to finish.

One of the Best Hotel Experiences I’ve Ever Had I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, and Hospes Palau de la Mar is easily one of the top five hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property itself is beautiful, the rooms are excellent, and the food is outstanding. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the service. Every single employee we interacted with was exceptional—from the front desk staff, to the bellmen, bartenders, restaurant team, and housekeeping staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. The level of hospitality here is what luxury service should be. The staff consistently put the guest first and handled every request with professionalism and empathy. I had a rental car during my stay, and every time I needed it, the process was effortless. The team always had it ready and waiting, making transportation completely stress-free. Another detail that stood out was housekeeping. Unlike many hotels that only clean rooms during limited hours, the staff here were incredibly accommodating and available whenever needed. What impressed me most was the consistency. Every department delivered the same exceptional level of service throughout our stay. Beautiful hotel, incredible staff, outstanding food, and genuine hospitality. If you’re visiting Valencia, I cannot recommend Hospes Palau de la Mar highly enough.

The staff were very helpful and the room was lovely, but we had noisy neighbors who loved to slam the doors .

Nice hotel location, clean room.

Excellent location, everything was at our doorstep and the team were fantastic. The only thing we didn’t have was a balcony or terrace but our property was a bed each so we compromised on this. Also would be great to have a bottle and wine bottle opener in the apartment, this was easily fixed as we went to the cafe downstairs and they obliged kindly. 100% recommend this place.
