North Dorset District Cheap Holidays

Lovely room, good breakfast and wonderful views of surrounding countryside

Great location in Clifton. Combination washer and dryer worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedroom was in need of a vacuum and mattress was a bit soft for our liking.

Great hotel in an historic part of Bristol. Very clean and spacious public areas and nicely furnished rooms. Bit of a maze of corridors but so peaceful and quiet. Nicely furnished room with fabulous clean bathroom and the most incredible comfortable, could have taken it home with us! Breakfast was good value with plenty of choice, would definately stay again.

The hotel is well located and the rooms were compact but comfy. Staff were very helpful. What gave the 3 out of 5 stars is that the windows are only single glazed - at least at the back of the hotel. There was a hotel function going on in the rear courtyard (receptionist said it would be until 12pm) and even with the window closed and curtains pulled, it was so loud I had no chance of sleep and had an early start the following day. I asked to move rooms but as the hotel was fully booked the best the hotel would offer was a 10% refund.
