Dans l’ensemble, tout était parfait et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le seul petit bémol concerne l’arrivée avant 15 h : même si la chambre est déjà prête, des frais de 25 £ sont demandés pour pouvoir en prendre possession plus tôt. C’est un détail que nous avons trouvé vraiment décevant.

Very dated hotel- would definitely not rate it 4 star. Spa was definitely best bit, which was very nice. Breakfast very slow and lots of items unavailable.

No hooks in the bathroom to hang robes. When you turn the bathroom light on, since the doors are glass it lights up the whole bed area. Very annoying if your partner gets up in the middle of the night the whole bed gets illuminated
