Very noise bathroom fan Lady at check in not that friendly

Would recommend this hotel very clean and staff are very friendly and happy to help air-conditioning very good. Would Abby stay again?

This apartment had great space and really useful cooking facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine in such a small apartment were useful for a longer stay, although we didn't use the later for our 3 night break. It's really convenient for the City centre and even closer to the Millennium Stadium, although I bet prices for major events there are much higher. Cardiff is a great city and certainly cheaper than Lincoln where we live. Strongly recommend a visit.

Requested a room on high level floor overlooking ocean side. Received a room facing marina on lower floor (not sure clerk even listened to my request). Not impressed with clerk serving a woman who bud the wait line. She was served while several of us has been waiting over 20 minutes while 2 clerks were on the desk. One remained on the phone - serving no one waiting - while the other seemed to struggle with checking people in. Frustrating after a long drive. Hotel itself is beautiful and very well appointed - and good AC throughout (which can be rare in Europe). Clean and bright. Would have appreciated a much better check-in experience tho. Left a sour taste. Bummer.
