9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,351 reviews)
When I returned home I looked at reviews outside of Expedia and found most rated the resort a 4 stars - expedia 4.5 stars.
The most common complaint was overpriced. This was not evident in the Expedia reviews.
Aside from being one of the worst value for the money of any hotel I’ve stayed in, the staff were usually unhelpful, mostly due to lack of training, and a general lower quality of staff that you find at 3 star hotels. Even check was a mess. The wrong bill, the wrong amount, did not charge us for something etc it 1/2 hour to get it right.
