Fantastic service. Would do better with a variety of food to choose from

The staff was very professional and kind. The location is excellent, and the facilities are very clean and well-appointed. I didn't care for the chandeliers in the room that could not be turned off. The staff was unable to determine how we could just use the lamps in the room without overhead lighting. It was a minor annoyance, but prevents me from awarding five stars.

Aloha, enjoyed our stay at H4 in solothurn. Quieter than being in town. Great location for easy access to town center, just across the pedestrian walkway. Air conditioned hotel, nice in the of summer. Lots of parking. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Enjoy!

I recommend everything is amazing.

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.
