The staff were extremely helpful. The room was great, but the A/C is limited. Staff brought us a room fan as there was a heat wave. There was road construction in front of the entrance, but it was still quiet in the room.

The hotel is located in Altstadt of Basel on a quite street. It's 15 min by walk from Basel SBB or 2 stops away by street car. Museums, cafes restaurants, groceries, and other shops are short walk away from the hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Absolutely loved staying at the Nomad! Beautiful design, comfortable rooms, super helpful staff (they helped me find a power adaptor because I forgot mine.) I ordered room service one night and it was perfection. Also, the floor I was on had a tap for still or sparkling water in the hallway, along with free coffee, tea, and some fruit. Those little touches are so nice after a long day of travel.

Fabulous, remarkable and very expensive. If you want an incredible experience in Alsace, this is your spot.

I liked it all especially the breakfast and overall decor of the place. They thought of many things that made the stay great. Only the pick up driver was a cranky driver
