8.4/10 Very good! (196 reviews)
The hotel is really nice. It is very clean , the view is great, the breakfast is tasty and varied. But a hotel is should be a Hospitality business and there is no Hospitality as there is no human being there to say hello or answer your questions. it's all automated.

8.8/10 Excellent! (604 reviews)
If you are driving, it is a very good idea to get clear instructions from the hotel before arriving, as Google Maps and Apple Maps were quite confusing and you can spend long time searching in the area. The hotel is right near the old town, but the street itself was a bit dirty, no fault of the hotel.
The staff was very helpful, the room very comfortable and the breakfast absolutely outstanding! The best we have had in Germany. Very well served too, in beautiful and elegant china in an elegant dining room.

9/10 Wonderful! (417 reviews)
Nice hotel with good parking areas. Only issue we had was that the hotel had shut off the air conditioning because of cooler temperatures, but our room was fairly hot. They did provide a portable air conditioner which helped alot. Very reasonable price for a nice hotel. Would stay there again.

Room was clean and good size. It was very easy to take the tram into town from the hotel which is good because this area is a bit of a food desert. Staff were very friendly.
