Comfortable hotel with very nice food. Staff is friendly. Carpets need a touch up and some sound insulation would help.

Nice very clean room. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, quilt was too thin. Staff were quite blunt.

Convenient to the train station. Had true queen size beds. Ability to get a tub shower combination.

Room was excellent, clean and spacious. Thought has been put into everything in this hotel. It is great value for the cost. The breakfast was great. I apprecieted the little extras that the hotel offers, like infused water in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, walk from the hauptbahnhof, ubahn outside the door. The German Soccer museum is a couple of minutes walk away and there is easy access to Signal Iduna Park. I would definitely stay here again.
