Excellent staff and costumer service, rooms are not updated no shops nearby location is outside the town

The staff were friendly, the location was awesome, and the rooms were clean! It was also in a very safe neighborhood!

Spatious, modern and elegant with an excellent location.

Had an incredible view. The breakfast was very good, though the room had too much of a "cafeteria vibe."

Check in was super easy - fill out info on line, submit document pictures and you're done. Email was sent with access codes to the building and the room - easier than carrying keys around. Place is very clean, nicely appointed, modern, with individual AC/heating in rooms. Everything works nicely. Great location between 2 metro stops, close to Atocha train station, museums, Plaza del Sol. Also has lockers for your luggage downstairs, if you staying in Madrid for a little after check out. Will definitely stay there again.

The rooftop patio offered amazing views, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic and had numerous options.
