At check-in they could not find the reservation. After traveling over 24 hours, that’s the last thing you want to hear. The room we had faced a cement wall - terrible. You could not adjust the temp in the room. The bath towels were about as thick as a paper towel -dreadful. On top of this, the cleaning person stole my deodorant out of the bathroom at the start of a 10 day trip. The hotel said this has never happened before. My deodorant can does not have legs. I looked everywhere and it was not in the room. Terrible!
