This was a great place to stay while visiting Krakow. It is in the perfect location. We had a large window that we could open onto the Square and listen to the music. They do party on the square into the early morning, so if you are noise, sensitive, bring earplugs. We were extremely impressed with the staff. They were very accommodating and helped us with our itineraries, transportation, and local recommendations. We felt very pampered in this hotel and will stay here again. The breakfast was delicious also in the restaurant connected to the hotel.

Amazing accommodation, friendly and very helpful staff. Room was perfect and easy to access. Local public transport is really close. Very near a large park with lots of facilities.

The hotel is beautiful and the views from the suite booked were amazing! The breakfast buffet was very good, with over 100 items as advertised. Our suite was amazing with a beautiful view of the river and the old city. However, the AC was not working and with the current heatwave this was a problem! I went down to the desk and they said they were going to send maintenance, but were unable to do anything to fix it. I asked about another suite but all others were occupied. My wife did not want to give up the view so we stayed there, but were hot during the night. Next morning I talked to the manager, who wished we had been offered one of the fans they had available. Too late!! No compensation was offered.

Nice hotel with comfortable big rooms, excellent, helpful and courteous staff and great breakfast. Located at walkable distance from Wawel castle, Krakow’s main square, museums and other tourist attractions. The hotel has a great restaurant with traditional Polish food, We ate there twice and liked it a lot. We walked everywhere didn’t catch Bolt except for a couple of times. I would stay there again.

The hotel is situated very central and as such seeing the sites, going to cafes and bars is a very short walk, check in was easy and the staff very friendly, we had a room on the first floor at the front, the room had tea and coffee but no milk and no fridge to store milk, no air con which was a big negative as the weather was lovely but the room became uncomfortable, we had 2 windows, one of which was broken, we were provided with a fan but it didn't work, because of the location with the window open the noise was terrible, people shouting in the street until 4 or 5am, this isn't the hotels fault but worth considering as if you want a good night's sleep you'll struggle here. Overall though we had a great time.

Great location! Walkable area with lots of dining options. Room was spacious and very clean.
