Room a little small, but had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and quality bedding. Had an incident with a broken mug, and the staff were very helpful and immediately dealt with it. Very nice reception staff. We would stay again.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
Good stay. Clean, comfortable. Good location, near Kazmierz (one tram stop away, short walk from hotel to tram). Decent breakfast buffet (extra charge). Only real concern was the bathtub/shower was challenging to enter and exit, even more so for someone with any mobility issues. Not sure if they have accessible rooms, but would ask for one next time.
