The Staff was like family always checking what you need. chef checking about food managers checking your stay . we love the private soeedbiat to Tiran island fir 2 hours bought from sharkay at reception and the Sunrise Jeep safari our favourite very dirty dusty but would do it again . Thanks to Meneam in Housekeeping who was apways there like a butler. The chefs food was anazing { not a big hitel enough for what we need) the waiters its a buffet but they serve. We wanted to eat in Fares for seafood but the hotel has orawns ir crabs ir fish .. grils ..,

They happily allowed us to stay and eat even we checkout. There us a Mosque iside the Resort gor every day pray including Friday pray There r Six extra restaurants including Atalian Turkish Brazilian which is all iin your hotel price.Any time u can take drinks wraps to eat .every 2 minutes there is golf carts running to pick n drop to anywhere inside the resorts.There is also tennis court table tennis swimming pools water slides also snorkeling services. Now i conclude everything was beyond your expectations. I definitely 💯percent will recommend in Sharm el sheikh. Superb

Helpful staff at the reception and nice clean room with comfortable bed. However for the price I paid the food was mediocre. The room door frustratingly opened only after several attempts at pushing and swipes of the key card. The beautiful palm tree surround pool had imo dangerously loud music playing for hours at a time, which significantly took away from the experience. Also, inexplicably they had set up a dart board in front of the public shower by the pool...😱 The spa had a price list in Euros and when I went to pay they said the amount was actually pounds Sterling. Needless to say, I didn't succumb to their absurd fraud.
