(189 reviews) From the very efficient and effective check in, courteous customer service, and spotless room, our stay was great from the beginning. The place was spacious and modern. There was a big wrap around balcony (we had the two bedroom), and large kitchen. Even a washer and dryer. The only cons were the water pressure in the bathroom sink, and after a certain time, you cannot get more towels. House cleaning is "ask if you want", its not every day. For us we liked our privacy, so this worked for us. Another thing we loved was the quiet. The views were ok. Go ahead and book, you will not regret. (267 reviews) We are Canadians who stayed 2 weeks at this hotel and so happy we did. This hotel offered amazing staff, great atmosphere, fantastic cappuccinos and espresso’s. The breakfast had an abundance of selection. Eggs, bacon the usual and of course Italian style. We would share a bottle of wine on the terrace at night and enjoy the view. We were there Nov 29 until Dec 13\. We would say the best time to visit Italy. We selected this hotel because it was away from the city center and more into the local area. Things were much cheaper especially groceries at PAM local. Favorite restaurant near by was I Belcastro about 10 mins away and the best margarita pizza you will ever taste. The bus is very close and the number of bus that gets you everywhere is bus 62 or 60\. Get a bus pass to save money at the local station. But if you want to burn off calories and take a great walk, we waked about 3 to 5km a day. You won’t even notice that you walked that far because it’s a pleasant walk. So try both. If your like us and don’t want to stay in hotels in the heart of town where a billion people are than choose Hotel Delle Civette. (1,628 reviews) The hotel was mostly excellent except for a few small problems. The shower drain didn’t drain the water as fast as the shower head flowed. The traffic was so busy the day I arrived that it took 45 minutes to drive 5 blocks to the hotel. One great and terrible thing was that the hotel entrance was hard to find. It made it exciting to find this hidden gem, but it took 4 passes to find it because the entrance is so small compared to the big entrances of the other hotels on the street.
