Hotel and room clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfectly placed a few yards from the SBB station with the gift of a free transport pass from the hotel making all city sites very accessible.

Great location, but the air conditioning didn’t work super well and it was very hot in the room. Thankfully, the front desk let us borrow at fan. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

The air conditioner doesn’t cool enough. We even sleep because the temperature in the room. The explanation they gave us was due to regulations they can drop temperatures below
75 F. We were in others hotels in Switzerland and that wasn’t the case we can manage the temperature even below 70 F. I am not sure about the real reason. I know I have to go to the front desk for them to set the air conditioning to 75 or higher because you won’t see it. I know they did it remotely. Another situation is the ice machine wasn’t working in my floor , I went to a different floor and didn’t work either. If they fix this I would give them excellent
