Excellent hotel in a great, centrally located, walkable location. The hotel was beautiful and clean with a very helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was very good. The gym was small but sufficient.

Room was clean but very basic, our room had no ac and fridge but the staff was very accommodating by letting us store medications on their fridge. If looking for a basic hotel this is a great option only strange thing is that their hallways had ramps that made it hard for seniors with heavy luggage’s. Other than that the hotel had a great staff that caters to your needs.

I found the Adina Apartment Hotel to be a fantasastic place to stay during my stay in Copenhagen. I like the fact that it is not in the central dstrict of the city, and yet it is close enough to walk into town for sites and restaurants. Also, the hotel is close to a supermarket, a restaurant, and a bakery. The Osterport train station is close by making taking a day trip convenient. And the room was very comfortable (suite) with a well appointed kitchn, living area, and separated bedroom.
With all the points above, by far the biggest elelment of satisfaction with the friendly staff service. We felt welcomed anytime we had a question or a request. I would stay here anytime in Copenhagen.
