Friendly staff, comfortable room. Diner included when we stayed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging 2 rooms next to each other, one with a cot for a baby. The rooms were spacious and had an armchair and couch. The breakfast buffet, whilst not the most extensive, was more than sufficient. One downside is that it isn't the most accessible hotel I've stayed in. We had a baby in a pram and found it wasn't easy to get around, although on the last day of our stay we did find a lift the wasn't very well sign posted but would have made it easier to get to the breakfast room. I'd definitely recommend the hotel but be aware of accessibility issues.

Exactly what we needed, especially the washing machine (dual washing and drying machine) and full kitchen and dishwasher.

The hotel is just beautiful. Every single detail was thought about from the fireplace, decor and the iPads in each room that control everything. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a gorgeous bathroom and could not have been happier. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the center and we loved the location.

Great location, we easily walked to all the shops restaurants and sightseeing.

Excellent location, recently renovated and well kept spacious room in a beautiful building. If you want fully attended hotel services this is not the place for you but for a traveler looking to stay like a resident it’s great. In addition, the separately reservable private sauna was very relaxing, recommended.

The room was still very new and clean. I had an issue with passcode not showing, but it was solved quickly by chatting on WhatsApp.

Good value for money. Nice breakfast atmosphere.
