Caribbean Islands Cheap Holidays

Love it

The property was good. The food, the drinks and coffee shop were amazing. There staff were so friendly and helpful. Always a smile on their face. Our room got updated for y birthday with the swim out. I wish the room smelled more like hotel/beach rather than kind of moldy. Out sink drained slowly, but the water pressure was amazing. Very convenient. Beach was clean and peaceful. Staff such like Wilson at Check in, Yael our pool bar bartender, and Daniel our gold cart guy were great! the clinic was very close and the staff were helpful with any questions we had. I would return if need be!

The cleaning woman who came everyday left a note or cute display. My daughter and her wrote little notes back and forth that week. Such a great memory.

I would like to compliment the staff at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba – Beach Resort & Casino on my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and appreciated the resort’s atmosphere and accommodations. I would, however, like to offer two suggestions for improvement. First, I believe all staff members should make an effort to greet guests with a smile and a friendly acknowledgment, regardless of their position or location within the resort. A simple smile and greeting go a long way in making guests feel welcomed and appreciated. Second, there should be clearer signage in the pool area indicating where guests should return their used towels. This would eliminate confusion and make the process more convenient for everyone. These are small improvements that could make an already enjoyable resort experience even better. Thank you for your hospitality.

Awesome stay!! Front desk staff, Xavier was very helpful with everything needed. Hotel is steps away from the beach and very convenient as there were local restaurants surrounding. I will stay again
