Rooms very nice, breakfast starting at 8am on a Sunday is too late we had to miss it which was a shame. Also not able to book a late check out which again was a little disappointing.

The male (of a certain race) that checked us in looked right past me and greeted my husband when I walked thru the door first and would only deal with him. Even after my husband said I drove and I would fill in the vehicle info, he still asked him to enter the info and would only give him the keys. I felt like I wasn't there! The Plough is way out-dated, the beds are awful but you can they are trying to update some things. New carpets and chairs. I would not recommend this hotel, but maybe in the future.

Great location, amazing property, Oak suite was exceptional with stunning views.

Room was pretty big with a wardrobe and the location was perfect since it is located close to the motorway exit. Parking spaces were there. We had a kettle jug/ coffee/tea/milk and sugar in the room. Bed was okay and we there were towels and hand towels as well. There were two hand wash bottles inside the bathroom and I believe it can be cleaned a little bit more. 2 bed side cupboards were dusty. Wifi is not available and the receptionist mentioned that they removed the TV and they mentioned it in the website. Restaurants were closed. Okay for the price we paid.
