If you’re looking for a family vacation with kids, this is a perfect spot. However, if you’re looking to explore the area and enjoy a lively atmosphere, this may not be the right place, as it’s quite isolated and located in the middle of nowhere. The beach is calm but a bit rocky. The rooms are spacious, but the bed sheets are old and could use replacing. The property itself is huge, and the gym is large and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet is good and offers a decent variety of options. I believe they’re currently going through a management change, so hopefully they’ll make the necessary improvements and take the property to the next level.

We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities listed on the website were missing, like shampoo etc. However, Dr Hassan was very helpful, he arranged a local driver, Alaa to transport us to and from the pool, get groceries, explore local area and to other parts of the marina. We did a day trip to Alexandria, which was amazing and also spent 2 days by the pool and marina (jet ski and speed boating). Language was a bit of an issue so we had to use a translator app. Dr Hassan regularly checked in with us. In the end, we actually had a great time and would highly recommend, but probably in peak season.

The property is wonderful, rooms wide , very friendly staff, as clean as it could be , food is extremely tasty & the beach is crystal clear turquoise. Can’t get more 💖

The Marine and see view is one of the best I've ever seen. Staff is helpful. I'll definately come back.
