Costumer service was excellent. Couldnt be happier with the staff. The room was average overall. Comfy bed. The bathroom was cramped due to design. Shower entrance, bathroom door and sink all converged a one point. The sink above the mini fridge was inset so far pu hit ypur head on the pantry closet above just trying to turn on the water.

My husband and I stayed at Royal West Indies for 9 nights in June. This place is so awesome. We had an issue the first day of no hot water and the cable went out. My husband went to the front desk and spoke with Tushae, and maintenance was at our door in 15 minutes and had everything fixed. Sherman was always smiling and gave great information about the island. Housekeepers Emilia and Elsie did such amazing job every single day. The adult only quiet pool was so relaxing. Every employee was always smiling and greeted you with kind words. We have been to several Caribbean islands and resorts and this is definitely one of the favorite ever.
