Zakynthos Beach Holidays

The restaurant by the pool was fast food. I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee as per my order. Rude and obnoxious servers. The only server that cared was a woman named Konstantina. Everyone else spoke like we were bothering them. I also thought I was in (Greece) not sure why these people from other countries were working there and barely even speak English. Let alone any Greek “at all”!!! Even at the breakfast buffet. I had to ask for coffee five times and they kept telling me to wait. My son asked for ice and they looked at him like he had 10 heads. I guess the service didn’t want to be told what to do The worst were the housekeepers attitudes. They really sucked. They made us regret going there.

Hotel Contessina is brilliant. An oasis of a hotel in what is a bustling resort town. Once inside the doors you could be anywhere in the world. The design of the renovated hotel is brilliant. Modern and sophisticated, and the planting is beautifully done. We enjoyed 2 weeks here, using it as a base to discover the island when we had a car for some of the time. The main pool area is lovely, but be warned, all of the pools are 1.4m deep with no shallow / deep ends.

Very nice experience at Elegance with amazing staff and very helpful Manager. She was attending all requests by herself. The rooms were very large and super clean and the service was excellent. Big thanks to the manager and the staffs and special thanks to the barman at the pool. Looking forward to repeating the experience at Elegance Luxury Executive Suites. George Harb

We had two rooms and both were well kept and very clean. The delux room was worth the extra money for the views. Excellent air conditioning
