Let's start with the positives. The staff vas helpfult and good. The breakfast was one of the best ones I have had in a hotel, but the deserts are just way to sweet, cut down on the sugar guys. The gym is very good and has everything you need for a nice exercise. The pool and sauna is nice but unfortunately very greedy and stupid to charge extra to use them. The hotel is already expensive and off location as it is, at least you should have the pool and sauna included in the price like every other hotel on planet earth, whats the point in visiting this hotel otherwise if you need to pay extra for almost everything except the room? Overall I would rate it a strong 3.5 because of the nice breakfast and staff.

Good: excellent location, nice bar and staff, friendly front desk staff, great people and trolly watching from the bar Bad: outrageously expensive, tiny room overlooking a noisy construction site, starting to look a little tired

Excellent breakfast choices and flavors. Clean rooms, quiet, felt extremely safe. Very polite staff, well trained, courteous.

It is certainly one of the better hotels we have been staying recently. The room is spacious and clean. The virtual service is superb. It is close to multiple tourist attrctions and popular shopping destinations. A couple of inconveniences slightly bothered us. The bed made noise whenever turning the body around. The on/off indicater on the bathroom light switch seems wired incorrectly.
