So quiet for being in the city!! Cons: Not many, just note that the 2nd bedroom is extremely steep and small staircase you nust turn feet sideways, haha. AND getting into and out of the shower is frightening its quite high and slick. (28 reviews) The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.
