Incredible hotel. Flawless design principles. Welcoming hospitality. They’ve thought of everything - and made sure it’s really good. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor with a huge balcony overlooking the beach just a few metres away for 4 nights in August. It was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed with a usable kitchen, including hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Water, beer and juice in the fridge on arrival. The two bedrooms were on either side of a living space, with two showers (both rain) one of which was over a bath, and a separate toilet. The Penhaligon toiletries smelled divine. You could borrow beach towels, deck chairs, body boards, bat and ball game for the beach. Dressing gowns, slippers, flip-flops for the warm and relaxing indoor pool (saltwater). Parking is included - either just outside or in a nearby garage. The restaurant was excellent but quite expensive. The neighbouring restaurant was incredible for lunch but you need to book and they are busy - their hospitality was a little harder won, but the food was amazing. Beautiful design and thoughtful layout made our stay a complete pleasure, as did the helpful and friendly staff. It really is rare to find somewhere put together with such care. I hope we can return.

Such a lovely hotel, breakfast and dinner were amazing! Loved that it was a smaller hotel, very quiet and great views. The staff could not have been more helpful, booking reservations for us and even offering to take us to the bus stop. This was the highlight of Zarautz.

Amazing, lovely hotel in a great location with everything close by. Staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. Our room was absolutely amazing with great amenities. We were very happy with the valet parking they offer, helped make our stay less stressful.
