Great location large room. No in room information about facilities within the hotel. Was unaware of the no smoking policy and instead had to suffer constant smoke from neighbouring balconies. Food service on site very good and friendly staff. Housekeeping disappointing given that our room was only serviced twice during 5 day stay. Housekeeping need more supervision as we observed staff in corridors constantly on their phones. We left our room before 9 each day and returned after lunch and room had not been touched. Staff failed to handle a request for a step to help climb onto the very high bed and offered either a chair or step ladder to assist.

Excellent service, clean room, great stay

The photos make this place look nice than it is. Not a bad hotel clean rooms quite and safe with a good restaurant right across the street

The online check in made it easier and the cabin was nice. The no tv made it nicer and the surrounding area definitely worth it and he scenery and so close to Olympic national park for the outdoors and fresh air and getaway.
