They have a ton of rules and are not really a hotel, more on a medium stay apartment. Full kitchen, which is nice. Extra charges for everything made it feel extremely cheap and had us anxious about random charges the entire stay. The beds are not made on check in. The spa was a lovely treat when sitting by the pool wasn’t appealing - although make sure you book your hour as it fills up quickly.
