(1,009 reviews) The room is spacious and washroom is big. However, the room is impossible to accommodate family of 4 unless your kids are under 4 or 5 years old because the single bed is small. I would suggest hotel should mention about that. Otherwise, people think it can really accommodate 4 people. But we appreciated that during our stays, the hotel offered us an extra bed. Located few minutes walk to tin hau MTR, with bus / tram stops even closer. Reception is on 1st floor with two lifts in operation serving up to 32 floors if I remember, wait times have been minimal to none. Thou there is a flyover in front of hotel. Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets.
