Staff absolutely amazing But the hotel itself needs some maintenance Our room was a superior room but fell well short of what I expected Mainly bathroom very dark, walls marked and looked dirty, shower leaked all over floor Main bedroom ok but did not feel like a 4 star hotel

The hotel is very traditional and is a bit unkempt, it needs a bit of TLC, but overall the position is perfect, its clean and the staff are very nice.

Excellent staff and stay. Everything was catered for and we had a relaxing time with our group that ranged from teens to seniors

Phone static broken ish, GREAT central LOCATION, ZERO WATER pressure in SHOWER & water temperature went from scalding burn your skin hot to cold - WORSE SHOWER EVER

Really lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and willing to sort out any issues. The wifi was down when we stayed but they sorted out an alternative. Extra nice touches like the water bottles that you could filed with fresh cold water and take to your room and chocolates left on your bed. Very easy to hop on a bus or a tram down to the centre or you can walk for about 15-20 mins instead. Very good value for our stay.

A comfortable and clean room, and the staff were friendly and happy to help when problems arose. The neighbourhood is not amazing but as a solo female traveler I felt totally safe in the hotel as my room was on an upper floor facing the interior courtyard. Unfortunately there were some issues with the hardware in the bathroom and the room key had to be reset both days I stayed, despite keeping it in its envelope inside my wallet. Other than these issues, a good hotel.
