Piano di Magadino All inclusive Holidays

The room was clean, service friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was very good. Unfortunately, we were there during a heat wave, and the AC in the room was old and unable to cool the room down to a comfortable level. Also, the ceiling lights did not work at all.

Had a great wellness center. Very lovely receptionist who was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing with strong coffee for a good pick-me-up! Nothing but good things to say. Decor was glam but dated.

La piscine intérieure, sauna et le staff était de qualité. Le restaurant était bon mais chère.

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were amazing with a wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. Getting the bus was no problem stopped right outside the hotel, there was also a courtesy bus into Luganda where you can get a boat around the lake stopping at villages on route. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The bathroom in our room needs to be updated. There is no walk-in shower, the towels are old and not soft, and the double sink vanity is old with no storage space.

Excellent place

This guy s such a gem of a hotel! Love the old world charm & character, even though it’s a common complaint. It could use a bit of an update. The balcony was wonderful, as well as breakfast. The room was tiny compared to what advertised, also the A/C being turned off for good at this time year is a real head scratcher. Word of advice, we noticed the windows in the stairway were open, so we propped open the door to stairwell & kept the chain on the open door for air flow. I do agree on those weird foam pillows. Another tip, since it was still pretty warm in the room, we pulled the comforter out of the duvet, then put the folded up comforter in an extra pillow case & used it as a pillow. The duvet cover by itself was perfect. Would recommend this hotel for the hearty budget traveler. The view of the lake from the room is just epic.

It was very comfortable for our family of four. It is located near the lake and has easy access to to public transportation. Desiré was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay nice and comfortable. Grazie! Breakfast was great. We would definitely stay there again!
