9.4/10 Exceptional! (440 reviews)
We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at Azura Bermuda. The service and management were fantastic; everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. We were even upgraded to an oceanfront suite, which made our stay very special.
The property itself is beautiful, serene, and peaceful. The pools were spectacular and offered the perfect place to relax. The private beach was also a major highlight and made it easy to unwind.
The only cons were that the menu at the on-site restaurant is somewhat limited, and the property is not within walking distance of many other restaurants or attractions. The bus service and taxis were easy enough to manage.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Azura Bermuda for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

We were extremely let down by our stay at this property. The 4-5 star reviews should not be trusted especially if recently given. The hotel is nice looking but things are vastly spread out. Upon arrival we were supposed to get a cocktail which was water and or tea not a cocktail. That was strike 1. Then the early check in process through Amex did not work and we couldn’t check in until 4 pm. Those things are minor.
Let’s get to the bad. The staff at this hotel just doesn’t care. There’s a general lack of caring of almost every staff member minus our housekeeper and a couple of the doormen. Everyone else and I mean everyone else has an attitude of complacency. The first night we were there, we had an awful meal at the island Brasserie. We order an appetizer with pears in it. The pears were literally fermented and tasted like rubbing alcohol. They took it off the bill but didn’t even apologize they thought we were making it up! The rest of the meal sucked too. I got a steak that was all fat
The AC barely worked in the restaurants and in the room. It was disgustingly hot and we complained twice and they didn’t do anything!
Lastly (and there is more). Their concierge booked us a “50’ yacht” that was shooosed to have jet skids showers etc. it didn’t come with jet skis and it cost $1500 and the boat was a very old traveler boat. No showers nothing included! Their staff is especially terrible and one front doorman messed up several taxi bookings…stay away!
