Staff were friendly, lovely staff and helpful. Pools and spa area is really lovely. Great little cafe attached. Super close to Pacific Fair and bus/tram services.
Our room was clean, shower area could do with an exit mould and scrub but otherwise fine. View from balcony was very average and construction across the road was noisy during the week.

Location is great, walking distance to everything.
Beds so are comfortable!

New hotel, so everything in the apartment is still new and clean. Hopefully the housekeeping team keep up the good work of maintaining the cleanliness.
