Clean room nice staff easy

I normally stay here because it is super clean, the staff is very accommodating and the rooms are well maintained but on this last trip I had to change rooms due to plumbing issues and only some of the electric outlets in the room worked. They switched rooms for me and that room had zero issues. I would definitely stay again.

Great room no complaints

Hard to get everything down with only 1500 characters so excuse bad grammar etc. Stayed at Platinum for 40th wedding anniversary. Positives: Quiet, convenient location, free parking, useful amenities,lovely common areas, bar tender Andrew wonderful, good food and service. Chose Platinum 3 reasons; proximity to Sphere, no casino, suite with a full kitchen to cut back on eating out. Negatives : Prefer to reach out to places directly if there’s an issue and not leave a negative review but I’ve reached out to the hotel twice with no acknowledgement. Fridge wasn’t working - big problem! so told front desk who said we could get ice from the bar and they would send someone to take a look. Someone came up to check it out but it was already late and we’d gone to bed after a long journey. Next morning note was left "Awaiting approval for new fridge" Assumed that wasn't going to happen any time soon. Front desk person told us not very graciously we could have a new room if we wanted. Had to move all our stuff - food etc up two floors and were offered no help. New room was "upgraded" - fireplace and washer and drier - which we didn't need. Shower in new room had terrible water pressure and needed new shower head. My point is why were we given a room where the fridge had obviously not been working for a while? Someone must have noticed - guest or housekeeping. Housekeeping should also have noticed the shower issue. There was no apology for our inconvenience. A bit disappointing.

This is simply my favorite hotel in Las Vegas. I got to stay in the two bedroom and it was absolutely huge and amazing. Everybody was so impressed. I would definitely stay here again.
