Pro: Spacious room, comfy bed, free early check-in, friendly staff. Chinatown has a lot of various Asian food options and shops all within walking distance. Also nearby public transportation. Fairly safe area, felt no problem walking late at night.
Cons: Bad wifi that kept disconnecting itself and is slow. Not great for taking work meetings. No sound proofing - thankfully the building is quiet most of the time, but when neighbors door opening and close in the morning and talk in the hallway, we can hear everything in the room.

This property was lovely and directly across from the beach. The staff were excellent, meals were fantastic and it was centrally located and walkable to shopping and enjoying the seaside board walk.
