Our stay was okay. We planned on swimming, but the pools were closed for construction. I suggest the hotel build an indoor pool for guests in the winter time.

Room was ok. Shower took about 10-15min to get hot. Rooms and hallways were run down and out of date many marks dirty walls. Elevators were super slow and often shaky or not smooth.

Check in desk was a mad house so I decided to use the "Express Check In" kiosks. These were certainly named by a comedian; it took almost 20 minutes to check in using the kiosk.
The entire property felt dated and carried a sense of almost bored indifference. Two mornings I watched security eject homeless people stealing food from the Starbucks counter.
