Room was clean, bad oder in the hallway. Breakfast was average, could use improvement. Staff was friendly.

Outstanding in all domains staff facility room and breakfast

This was our third time within a year staying at this hotel. We absolutely love the location and the homey feel this hotel gives. We have gone to their locations so many times that we know where to and not to park in Reykjavik. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are proud of their country and we enjoy going there. Wish they had a frequent stay program that we could get points to use towards our stay as I do intend on going back hopefully this year again.

The apartment was clean and spacious, it was a wonderful spot to stretch out, reorganize and relax for a few.

Great location — a 10-min walk from the main downtown area, very quiet. Nice staff. Great breakfast.

The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. We opted for the Sapphire suite with access to the hot tub. (side note- this is advertised as being private, but it is on a shared balcony with no dividers). We also chose to include breakfast and that was wonderful. There were many hot and cold food options and a good variety of beverages as well. Great offering especially when traveling with kids. You should absolutely visit the spa if you get a chance. It was the best way to end our trip. I was absolutely impressed by the kindness of the staff- Anna at the front desk and Robert with maintenance in particular. Anna did everything she could to assure we had a wonderful stay and Robert was incredibly kind and helpful. They really made the stay exceptional for us. I would ultimately return because of them. You can stay at a nice hotel anywhere, but the staff is what makes this place stand out. Thank you so much for that.

Needs better black out curtains, also Everytime I took a shower it flooded the bathroom.

Good amenities, good size, clean facility. Great breakfast. Definitely worth the value. I would stay here again.
