Sierra de la Laguna Adventure Holidays

We stayed for 10 days, the property is beautiful, the view is gorgeous, stunning. Workers, staff member are very helpful and friendly. But unfortunately pools were Poorly maintained, pools are very big and infinity pool as well, but 1 pool was closed for entire 2 days. Beach is beautiful and you can relax there and play in sand with kids. But very unfortunately I have too mention the food was not good, we were in Mexico but no Mexican restaurant on the property, other restaurants were barely opened, Italian restaurant had a poor food and uncooked pasta served, excellent restaurant was Asian and food at the breakfast bar was ok but lunch bar was not good at all. When you travel to Mexico you expect Mexican restaurant with delicious food but unfortunately there was none there. Overall all a great service, very clean and good maintained property except the food. But we had a great time.

This was the best resort I’ve stayed at and recommend this to anyone going to los Cabos, from the staff, food, room, pools, etc. My wife and I are already planning another trip there this year!!!!! I’ve already recommended it to my family and friends that they need to go. While the El Encanto studio rooms are a bit dated, need some repair and may have a musty smell, Hacienda Encantada does make it all up with the service they provide. From the housekeeping service, to the pool bar service, and restaurant service, they all were great. This is the second time that we vacation here, and we will be returning. The food is absolutely delicious. Any request we made was quickly fulfilled. Please don’t let our first line scare you away, We’ve been at other resorts where the service and food have been horrid despite the nice looking room. So, just keep that in mind. We have a picky 11 year old son who loves this place and enjoys the attention that he gets here at Hacienda Encantada. We honestly love the fact that they care about our child. Our deepest appreciation to all the staff who made it possible for us to enjoy our vacation.
